There are a ton of great ways to use Google GSuite tools in our school, and here are just a few of the tools you can use right away!
Google Calendar is a useful tool for scheduling events and deadlines, planning meeting times, and sharing materials as attachments. Embed your Calendar on your staff page and all your updates will automatically be visible to the public (when public view is allowed).
Google Classroom has a different look this year, but is just as useful for use with your students when posting announcements, assignments, deadlines and opportunities for collaborative learning experiences.
Google Keep is a tool I have grown to love; it's like using electronic sticky notes! Try Keep out for organizing your ideas, checklists, links, images, and voice notes. Keep also works seamlessly with Calendar and Gmail, and is available under Tools in Google Docs. Add Keep as an app on your phone and access your Keep notepad anytime.
Is your Google Drive getting messy? Organize your drive by color-coding your folders. You can even go a step further and add emojis/icons to the folder name.
